The Challenge

Quorum, a global software company, had two North American in-house recruiters tackling all of the hiring for their operations outside of the U.S. In the notoriously challenging IT talent landscape—with skills shortages and steep competition—they were also grappling with the complexities of recruiting across cultures. Different countries, different expectations, different ways of engaging with candidates.

The client needed to streamline their international recruitment with an experienced RPO partner who could engage culturally diverse candidates, scale to support explosive business growth, and scale up their global talent acquisition program. Our global recruitment delivery centre in Poland and India now support over 20 stakeholders across Czech Republic, India, Netherlands, Norway, and the UK.

The Results

Through our focused approach to onboarding, we’ve dramatically improved the dropout rate, with over two-thirds of candidates moving from the offer stage to actually starting their new role with Quorum.

We’ve achieved an 87%+ retention rate of new employees after 90 days. In the IT sector, where talent mobility is common, this level of retention is exceptional. With 73% of candidates submitted being invited to interview, Quorum saw that we understood their needs and could deliver quality consistently.
